Account Manager

Job description:
This position is an integral part of the company and training in every department will be required. The department is very people-oriented both in providing customer service that is up to par with our expectations and in forming business friendships based on respect and trust. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for inbound/outbound calls, excellent customer service, notation of conversations, update and keep reports, and be able to have constant communication between multiple departments.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Need minimal supervision
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
-Dependable
-Strong attention to detail and organization

There is an unlimited amount of potential for growth with a competitive base pay plus commissions earned on sales. They will also be reaching out to customers to collect on past due payments, send email/letters, welcome calls, and data entry. This position is a vital part of Crest as we strive to provide our best customer service to all customers and clients we come in contact with.

Flexible, PT/FT opportunities available-minimum 20 hours/week

Underwriting Agent

Job Summary:
As an Approvals/Underwriting agent you will be responsible for processing submissions for our services. This includes but is not limited to: data entry, careful review of documents, using details to make final decisions on solicitations, constant communication with our customers via phone/ email/ fax, knowing the rules, and guidelines of which you can approve solicitations.
