How do I apply?

What is the duration of the lease?

The most common lease term is 12 months, but the term may vary based on the total amount funded.

When will my first payment be due?

The first payment is scheduled based on the income information provided on your application. Contact the Crest Support Team should you need to make adjustments to your payment schedule. You can also manage your account online using our convenient customer portal.

What is the interest rate on my lease?

The option we offer is a lease-to-purchase, and as such we do not charge interest. All lease fees and payment amounts are clearly noted on the first page of the lease agreement.

Can I set up automatic payments?

Yes; in fact, your lease will be initiated using automatically scheduled ACH* payments. We can also set up payments using your credit card or debit card.

*ACH (Automated Clearing House) is the system used by many businesses and banks to process electronic payments to and from bank accounts. It is the same system used for direct deposit paychecks. We use this system to process payments from your bank account on scheduled payment dates.

Can I make my payments at the store?

No; once you’ve signed the lease agreement, your financial relationship is with us here at Crest Financial.

Can I buy out the lease before the term expires?

Yes; every lease with Crest Financial offers terms for early buyout. The discounted lease fees associated with the early buyout vary with the time period of the buyout.

What if I have questions about my lease?

You can speak with a representative by calling toll-free (855) 552-7378 between the hours of 7am and 7pm MT Monday through Friday, or Saturday between 7am and 3:30pm MT. You can also use our website’s live chat during business hours, or email us at support@crestfinancial.com. And you can always access your account at your convenience using our online portal here.

How do I check my current balance?

You can check your current balance using our automated phone system or via our online portal. You can also call a representative during business hours at (855) 552-7378.

How can I set up my online portal account?

Go to the online portal, click ‘create account’, and follow the prompts. You’ll need your account number, which is shown on the first page of your lease agreement.

Where can I find my Crest Financial account number?

Your account number is shown on the front page of your Lease Agreement and can also be found at the top of your home page within our online portal (ex. 123456-1).

Is my payment schedule flexible?

We’re happy to set your automatic payments to a flexible schedule that best meets your needs when your lease is initiated. However, changing your payment schedule after that time (i.e., changing from biweekly payments to monthly) may require a fee. In order to modify your payment schedule, please call (855) 552-7378 and speak to the Crest Support Team.

Can I move a scheduled payment date?

Yes; we can move your payment within 15 days, but we need at least two business days’ notice. After that time, a change payment fee may be applied.

 

Can I set up extra payments?

Yes; you can add payments via our online portal. You can also contact the Crest Support Team toll-free at (855) 552-7378.

Can I add a new form of payment to my account?

Yes; you are welcome to update your banking information at your convenience via the online portal.

What happens if my scheduled payment bounces?

There is a returned payment fee for any payments returned to us by your bank or denied by your payment card provider. This includes returned payments due to insufficient funds, incorrect banking information, and stop payments placed on the account.

What if I am unable to make a payment?

We understand circumstances can change during the course of your lease agreement and are always willing to work with you to find a solution that works for all of us. Feel free to contact your account manager toll-free at (888) 245-6111 to resolve any short-term challenges.
